- The per-word rate and the delivery time are on screen before you order, and they do not move afterwards. Work starts once the order is paid.

- Files go to the assigned linguist and the staff needed to deliver the job, everyone involved is bound by confidentiality, and documents are deleted a year after completion.
- Problems get fixed
- If a translation misses the mark, write to us within seven days with the order reference and we correct it rather than debate it.
